Mission Statement
Our mission is to help men and women overcome addiction by providing community, connection, and purpose. Zak’s House is dedicated to providing addiction treatment, rehab, detox, and sober living to patients and assist families, restore health and well-being as well as bring hope to their lives. The goal is to empower persons served by Zak’s House to end their use of alcohol and other drugs. It is our commitment to provide clients with affordable, individualized, best practice, and effective rehab, and detox treatment while staying grounded in the principles of 12-Step recovery. We believe this can bring about the necessary change to go on and experience a sober, productive life.
Detox and Residential Treatment
The detox center provides you the care that you will need while your body adjusts to being drug free. The detoxification process is monitored by experienced professionals that can offer you the care that you need to ease your withdrawal symptoms. We have experienced doctors that use proven pharmacological approaches to treat the withdrawal symptoms. Following the detoxification program, is our residential treatment. Zaks house falls under the common moniker, “Residential Rehab”. Residential rehab can be a 1 to 3-month commitment and is an intensive rehab program that includes one on one therapy with an addiction therapist where you will explore the root of your addiction. You will also have group therapy with other recovering addicts. You will have activities that will help you find interests and build healthy habits that will help later in your recovery.
