Our 12-step recovery program focuses on our patients’ physical, spiritual, and mental well-being. Tres Vistas Recovery offers a broad range of individualized, evidence-based therapy options to help our clients end addiction. Depending on the patient’s personal needs, a customized recovery plan may include the following: Individual & Group Therapy, Family Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization And Reprocessing (EMDR), Breathworks & Acupuncture, and Adventure Therapy & Gym Access. We also provide education and resources for independent living, such as State Assistance Programs, Disability And Unemployment, Job Search and Resume Building, School Applications, and Parenting Classes.
