Just north of San Francisco, Olympia House serves those struggling with addiction. They offer individual psychotherapy, 1-on-1 drug and alcohol counseling, CBT and DBT, and a variety of peer support groups like AA, NA, LifeRing, Refuge Recovery, and SMART Recovery. Olympia House’s motto is “whatever it takes” to help their clients achieve sobriety and live a fulfilling life. They create person-centered, individualized recovery plans that encompass the whole person and integrate the latest in evidence-based treatment. Treatment addresses unique biological, psychological, social, and spiritual components. One of Olympia House’s missions is to honor diversity, and they do this by recognizing and celebrating the value of diversity in their staff and clients and creating individualized treatment plans. Olympia House offers relapse prevention therapy, family-based therapy, and relationship therapy to help treat the underlying causes of addiction. At Olympia House, they focus on the holistic aspects of spiritual support.
Located in West Sonoma County, Olympia House is a 32-bed residential treatment facility situated on 140 acres of lush agricultural land, featuring calming vistas, gentle walking trails, and wildlife habitat. Residents may choose private or semi-private bedrooms. In-house chefs prepare delicious meals and snacks throughout the day with vegetarian and vegan options. Olympia House offers a variety of therapeutic activities like yoga, tai chi, art, music, and community agriculture. Their recreational activities, exercise options, meditation sessions, and individual, family, and group therapies are designed to aid in the rediscovery of self-esteem. Olympia House is CARF accredited, a member of the NAATP, and LegitScript certified. They accept most private insurances.
