Description
The transition from high school to college and young adulthood independence is a challenging one. For persons with mental health needs or learning differences, the transition is even more difficult.
What happens if a transition to college is unsuccessful? Individuals become stuck, unmotivated, and struggle with getting back on track.
At Northwest College Support, we provide a place for change with an experienced team of guides to come alongside each young adult. Our educational-therapeutic transition programming helps young adults to live healthy, independent lives.
Northwest College Support is a young adult transition program serving families and young adults from all over the United States and the world. Located in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Northwest College Support provides supportive housing, education coaching, and life skills mentoring to cultivate a sustainable path to becoming an independent adult.
