Make Today the Beginning of Your New Life
At Inspire Health, our mission is to offer a gateway to a better life for anyone suffering from active addiction. Our holistic approach to healing is tailor made to each individual who enters our community, offering hope, ongoing support and a new opportunity to thrive. Our vision is to help every person who enters our residential treatment program to find his or her way to long-term recovery. And our promise to our clients is a safe and nurturing environment conducive to forgiveness and healing that ultimately transforms the addicted self to the authentic self, that is required to create a sober identity. Inspires team will empower you to own your entire story, and to believe that your genuine and authentic self is good enough, and worthy of love and belonging! Inspire wants to pass on the hope and freedom that comes with the gift of recovery. From our family to yours, and from generation to generation, there is nothing more gratifying to us than to witness the rebirth and redemption of a broken spirit. The only thing you have to do alone is make the call. Once you do so the Inspire family will hold your hand throughout the rest of your spiritual journey!
The Inspire Philosophy
Inspires clinical approach to treatment is to address our patients’ substance use disorder alongside any co-occurring mental health disorders and life issues in an integrative, multi-disciplinary fashion. Treatment planning is designed to meet all of our patients’ needs and is delivered as a team. Patients will interact with assessors, therapists, case managers, doctors/nurses, and other support staff to ensure that each of their needs are met in the most appropriate fashion. In conjunction with the 12 Step model (and alternatively, in which all of our therapists are certified), our therapists utilize the following therapeutic approaches in their groups and 1:1 work with our patients: Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Motivational interviewing, Rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), Client-centered/humanistic interventions, Empowerment counseling and Solution-focused counseling.
Some Benefits of Treatment at Inspire?
Enhancing Self-Confidence-Not only does progressing through the steps of recovery make you feel more confident, but your self-esteem will also improve. Simply put, if you feel good about yourself, you are more likely to be successful in treatment. Strengthening communication skills-One of the most significant aspects of recovery is communicating thoughts and feelings more effectively. When you are able to communicate more clearly, the need to use drugs or alcohol as an outlet for anger or despair lessens. Repairing relationships-One of the negative effects of addiction is damage to relationships with loved ones. It is critical that your recovery process includes mending relationships with family and friends. Establishing a support system-Effective recovery doesn’t happen in isolation. A crucial part of recovery is having a team of people that you trust. When you have positive people in your corner, you are less likely to relapse. Learning Coping Skills-When you are enrolled in addiction treatment at Inspire Health, we ensure that you acquire coping skills. These skills will help you deal with the stress and pressure of life in positive and healthy ways.
