Divine House is a luxury treatment center that specializes in holistic treatment for substance dependency and co-occurring mental health disorders. Divine House understands that being sober is simpler when you’re in a relaxing environment. Their large home in La Mesa, California, offers a tranquil setting with a variety of high-end amenities. The modern home includes beautifully landscape surroundings and quiet outdoor spaces that overlook the nearby mountain, perfect for privacy and reflection.
A typical day at Divine House includes a nutritious breakfast prepared by an in-house chef followed by morning process groups. After another chef-prepared lunch, clients are invited to join the clinical staff and their peers for groups that discuss things such as mindfulness, how to manage cravings, as well as life and coping skills. Dinner is followed by on-site recovery meetings with a sober member of the community. These rotate between SMART Recovery, Refuge Recovery, and 12-Step. Clients will also have the opportunity to engage in individual therapy twice a week and on-site yoga.
