Description
Community Social Model Advocates, Inc. was established in 1989 as a private non-profit 501(c)(3) organization in order to operate California State alcohol and other drug certified and licensed facilities. We are licensed and Certified through DHCS. Our motto is Striving to Create and Creating to Strive. It is our belief, that alcoholism, other drug addiction and mental health related problems are a community illness that needs to be addressed at the level of individuals, families and community.
