Orange County Evidence-Based Treatment
We specialize in delivering evidence-based treatment with compassion and warmth. What is Evidence-Based Treatment? In a nutshell, treatment that is backed by scientific evidence. We specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (EX/RP), Behavioral Activation and Prolonged Exposure. Our DBT Program is a comprehensive and full-fidelity program as created by Marsha Lineman, PhD. Our adult program includes individual therapy, DBT skills group, and in-between session coaching. Our adolescent program includes individual therapy, parent and family therapy, adolescent multi-family group and in between session coaching for adolescents and parents. We have a weekly consultation group and consult with one of the top DBT experts in the US.
Orange County DBT Program
DBT Group Schedule Young Adult Skills Group Mondays 6:00 – 8:00 PM Adult Skills Group Tuesdays 6:00 – 8:00 PM Adult Skills Group Saturdays 10:00-11:30 *We are beginning an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder (SUD). The program will meet 10 hours weekly for individuals leaving residential for a step-down program, or for individuals needing a higher level of care in an outpatient setting.*
Orange County Anxiety and OCD Treatment
We use evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders and OCD and related disorders for adults, adolescents, and children. We utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (EX/RP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). We incorporate mindfulness strategies, to improve awareness of thoughts as unhelpful. Treatment is typically one individual session per week, but can be increased for more severe anxiety/OCD.
