Santa Rosa’s residential drug and alcohol rehab of choice, Azure Acres, is located in the secluded hills of Sebastopol, California. Azure Acres is a unique and special facility, offering comfort, safety and serenity to support healing. We have knowledge in the treatment needs of patients suffering from alcohol and drug addiction, assisting patients for over five decades. Our facility incorporates the basics of the 12-Step recovery model to heal our patients. We include recovery-based activities and encourage patients to focus on honesty, humility, surrender, and acceptance to overcome addiction.
Our patients are strongly encouraged to be active in their recovery and our staff works with them to address any underlying obstacles as they transition into a life of freedom. Our detox program provides patients with a safe and comfortable setting to bring them to a state of wellness from drugs and alcohol abuse. Our patients go through a detox treatment process lasting 3 to 10 days, where they are supported by caring doctors and nurses.
We offer a wide range of healing modalities from cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, family therapy, experimental therapy, and group therapy. We also offer partial hospitalization, a second part of treatment, which provides patients with a higher rate of recovery success. Patients are live on-site and can access traditional therapies offered to our residents. This lasts 30 days for most patients. Our intensive outpatient program in Sacramento, California is a step-down proceeding the completion of our residential care. Patients meet 4 times per week with flexible schedules and therapy options. Azure Acres facilitates recovery with hands-on care so patients don’t have to walk the road to recovery without support.
