About Us
River City Recovery Center is a non-profit recovery program founded in 1964. We offer residential treatment for both men and women. We also offer sober living for men and women transitioning back into society. Here we have a dedicated team working on your behalf. All our counselors have gone through residential treatment themselves and 90% are graduates of the River City Recovery Center program. They know the fear, as you walk in the door and the freedom that comes from successful recovery. Residents attend group classes daily and receive weekly individual counseling. Many people with a substance use disorder also have associated issues, such as anxiety, depression, or trauma-related problems. Because of this, we ensure that you have personnel onsite 24 hours a day who are trained in crisis intervention. Our mission here at River City Recovery Center is to improve the lives we touch and help you light your path to recovery.
