Welcome to Mental Health Center of San Diego (MHC) At MHC we offer an extensive treatment program that consists of stabilization and intensive treatment for all mental health needs. Our program is dedicated to provide a full continuum of care from our residential property to our outpatient supportive living environment houses, which includes our partial hospitalization program (PHP) and our intensive outpatient program (IOP).
