About Us

Changing Tides Treatment is a dual diagnosis, state-licensed, intensive outpatient center for substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. In addition to the state license through the DCHS, we are Joint Commission accredited, which is the highest standard for clinical care.

Changing Tides Treatment offers levels of care providing intensive outpatient programs and counseling services to aid you on your journey of recovery. Our programs are for individuals that are 18 and over and are suffering from substance use disorders (alcohol/ drugs) and co-occurring disorders. Our programs are suitable for adults who are willing and able to commit to regular attendance and active participation to sustain their recovery and relapse prevention. We provide our clients to have a detailed BPS and clinical assessment to place them in the appropriate level of care. We can also help place you in a sober living. The sober living home gives individuals the extra structure and accountability they need to continue to work or go to school when not in programming. Individuals can begin implementing the recovery skills acquired through the program. They have the opportunity to experience their recovery in either a safe, supportive group setting, or individually tailored environment. By doing this, they begin to establish the foundation for sustaining a lifetime of sobriety. Intensive Outpatient (IOP) sessions are offered five days a week; morning, afternoon, and evening sessions are available. The program locations are in Ventura, and Oxnard Shores, California.
