Men’s Sex Addiction/Intimacy Disorder or Chem/SexExperts
Dr. Rob Weiss and Dr. David Fawcett have collaborated to create a comprehensive treatment program to treat men (18 years and older) with sex/porn addiction/intimacy disorders or with co-occurring sex addiction and chemical dependency (alcohol, stimulants, cannabis, other chemicals). Unlike other programs, SI: LA truly treats paired sex addiction and chemical dependency. Often addicts struggle with relapse as their paired addiction behaviors are not addressed in treatment/therapy. For some men, chronic infidelity is hurting their relationship and yet they can’t stop. For men who have recently discovered that they have an issue with sex addiction/intimacy disorders or who have had some period of recovery but have relapse(s), the SI: LA program provides an solid foundation of recovery in a 14 day program. For those needing trauma healing or additional time, there is an opportunity to extend for another 7 or 14 days.
