Description
COMMUNITY SERVICE ORGANIZATION BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROGRAM (BROTHERHOOD CENTER & CENTRO DE COLORES) has been a part of the community since 1947. We do our best to serve the people around us and accept all as they are. We understand that Addiction is a very real thing and that it can affect Anyone! Addiction has no conscience and is not prejudiced. Addiction does not care about age, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, social status, career category, or any other factor that separates us or binds us together. We will do our best to help teach the necessary tools to begin and stay focused on the Recovery Process because Recovery is a Lifelong Journey. Anyone can stay clean, but until you begin Recovery, your chances of success are much less. As Addicts, we have to figure out what it was, or is, that brought us to using substances, and then begin to deal with those things in a healthy way. With the use of Coping Skills, when life brings hardships and heartbreaks, we can get through them cleanly and live to see another day. At CSO we understand that what works for one, may not work for another, and therefore, Individualized Treatment is the only way to deal with this.
