New Start Recovery’s residential homes are located in Concord, and Bangor, California and their outpatient services are held in fair oaks. Clients in the residential program can enjoy comfortable housing with amenities such as an outdoor pool, a billiards room, an in-house gym, and cozy outdoor lounge areas. Each home is well-designed with the clients comfort in mind.
