Description
Located in San Juan Capistrano, California, Tres Vistas Recovery helps people overcome addictions and discover their sense of purpose in life by fusing compassion and evidence-based addiction care. During treatment a full assessment is made with a thorough medical and psychological evaluation of each patient in order to design a customized treatment plan. The facility provides intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization and programing (PHP). Chronic pain, trauma, addiction, mental health conditions, and co-occurring disorders are Tres Vistas areas of expertise.
12-Step Program
The 12-step rehabilitation program at Tres Vistas, which translates to “three views” in Spanish, emphasizes the three facets of wellbeing: the physical, spiritual, and mental. Acupuncture, meditation, yoga, dance, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), NAD IV Therapy, horticultural therapy, mindfulness, nutritional counseling, pain management, and one-on-one therapy are among the services offered. Tres Vistas is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts private insurance.
